Hi, friend!
I’m Altynay Tabysheva. I am a personal trainer and nutritionist with a holistic personalized approach to health and fitness. My training style includes strength training, functional training, and mobility as I believe that a human body needs to be functional in addition to aesthetics. I specialize in fat loss, hypertrophy (muscle gain), body recomposition (less % fat, more % muscle).
My goal is to teach women and men sustainable habits for long-term success, focusing on physical training, nutrition, and lifestyle habits tailored to each client. My journey began with my own struggles to look like a model, leading to excessive training, poor nutrition, and low energy amidst a busy corporate career and frequent relocations from one country to another.
I don’t believe in quick fixes. Instead, I advocate for the right mindset, supportive community, consistency, and comprehensive lifestyle enhancements to bring true joy and health. I understand that everyone has a unique lifestyle, goals, and body, and I tailor my guidance accordingly.
When necessary in our work, I collaborate with registered dietitians, physical therapists, pelvic floor specialists, and mental health counselors to provide well-rounded support. My mission is to help women understand their bodies and build a system that leads to a healthy and fulfilling life.
By the way, when I’m not in a gym I love spending time with my loved ones, pilates, learning new cultures and languages, snowboarding, or traveling.
