How “individual training programs” works?

Once I review it, we’ll schedule a video-call to discuss your current lifestyle and routine to build a plan to make your training more effective and enjoyable.
Based on our discussion, your available equipment, and preferences I’ll design a 6-week program for you. You’ll get a detailed training package.
Every week (if needed twice a week) we’ll have a call to review your training progress, give feedback, and discuss any questions you may have.
Last week of the training plan we’ll review your progress and we can repeat it with a new phase of the training program to refresh your training routine and make more progress.

After I review the form we’ll schedule a 60 min video-call to discuss your nutrition goals, concerns, current lifestyle, health habits, and plan your next steps that will help you to succeed.
To help you succeed I’ll educate you on building healthy habits and behavior, as well as developing your daily routine. Please do not expect the customed meal for you, instead we’ll discuss what works best for you and fit your regimen.
In case you’d like to work with me for the long term we’ll discuss the best strategies and create a long-term plan with a feasible rate.

Based on our discussion, provided information, your available equipment, and preferences I’ll set up a plan for you. You’ll get a detailed tailored training package and nutrition plan that fits your goal and lifestyle.
Onboarding process and daily support via messages on any questions you may have.
Weekly check-in calls to review your training and nutrition progress, and feedback.
